Lite-On Technology (hereinafter “Lite-On”, 2301.TW) concluded the cash tender offer for Lite-On IT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Lite-On IT”, 8008.TW) today. Lite-On commenced the cash tender offer through its 100% owned subsidiary Baoyuan, which has accumulated 468,912,073 shares of Lite-On IT. Coupled with its original shares of 388,223,445, Lite-On has held 857,135,518 common shares of Lite-On IT, which is equivalent to 93.05% stake of Lite-On IT.
