Lite-On Technology (TW 2301) today reported December consolidated revenue of NT$20.18 billion, up 16% Y-o-Y and 3% M-o-M. All strategic business groups showed steady growth for increasing end-market demand. Fourth-quarter revenue reached NT$59.23 billion, up 4% Q-o-Q and 12% Y-o-Y, hitting a record ten-quarter quarterly high, while consolidated revenue for the entire year of 2013 reached NT$212.8 billion maintaining the same level as during the same period last year.
     Thanks to increases in the global demand for networking devices and server power management systems in cloud computing applications, mobiles devices and game consoles, Power SBG posted a revenue growth of approximately 10% Y-o-Y. Meanwhile, Camera Module, supported by high-pixel product expansion and smooth delivery, as well as ongoing gains in the global market shares of smartphoness and tablets, posted remarkable revenue growths of approximately 10% M-o-M and 50% Y-o-Y, hitting consecutive historical record highs for the fourth month in a row.
     As for storage devices, thanks to increased demand and ongoing market share gains, Solid State Drive (SSD) posted a substantial growth of approximately 40% M-o-M and 70% Y-o-Y. Products for game console applications also posted impressive consecutive monthly and yearly growths which is attributable to increasing end-market demand.
     LED Components and Lighting products posted a growth of approximately 30% Y-o-Y. LED Street Lighting also posted a revenue growth of over 40% M-o-M and 10% Y-o-Y, driven by rising demand for energy saving solutions in North America, coupled with smooth delivery, while vehicle LED Lighting posted a growth of over 30% Y-o-Y.
